Turbo Glow Plug for best performances.
WARNING: It is very important to use only a Novarossi Glow Plug for this engine. Only this Glow Plug is perfectly adapted with this insert. The use of other brands can make the engine instable and damage the insert and the piston sleeve.

The 7 ports ABC sleeve is endowed with two by-pass for the lubrication of the connecting rod. This sleeve has two boosters to the exhaust to improves the exhaust system while the fuel consumption. The piston is CNC machined and drilled to better lubricate the head of connecting rod and cools bottom of the piston. The connecting rod is R7 type with double ring-type brass.
Every piston sleeve set are fine tuned for optimum timing and better gas flow compared to Stock version. Each piston and sleeve manualluy fixed to check optimum tightening and best compression.
The crankshaft is HardBlack coated, a red putty, used for over 20 years on JP Racing engines, is placed in designed hole of the crankshaft to improve gas flow.
Like the piston sleeve set, each shaft is fine tuned for optimum timing and better gas flow compared to Stock version.
WARNING: Do not put the shaft inside solvent or gasoline for cleaning.

The special Off-Road carburetor uses a plastic body to prevent the «vapor-lock». This carburetor is coming with an 9mm reducer (red) its also available in different sizes. As all FX Engines, it has a simple adjustment (1 screw). The adjustment is easier and simpler compared to a double screws
