R6 CONROD (light)

FX 21B engines are intended for 1/8 Buggy or Truggy. They were developed to give you the best current performances. The sleeve with 8 ports insures the best compromise between power, flexibility and autonomy. They are assembled with high speed bearings. The front bearing is special with 2 sealed rubbers for hard dust condition.
These engines are with a good fuel consumption and many time go more than 8 min with a tank.
They are coming in two versions: Normal glow plug or TurboGlow plug.
We present you here the version with Turbo glow plug.

Turbo Glow Plug

Turbo Glow Plug for best performances.

WARNING :It’s very important to use Novarossi glow plugs for this engine. Only Novarossi glow plugs are perfectly adapted with the head insert. Some glow plugs could bring the engine impossible to adjust and damage insert and piston/sleeve set..

8 ports ABC Sleeve

This 8 ports sleeve is revolutionary in the Off-Road engine’s range. The exhaust has two boosters in order to increase performances and manage the fuel consuption on the best.

The last generation conrod is lightened with 2 bushings. The piston is also pierced to decrease the piston temp.

Turbo Crankshaft

The modified and lightened crankshaft is filled with the special red putty which is positionned to improve the gas passage. In order to reduce the friction and the wear, the crankshaft is HardBlack coated.
The Turbo design of the crankshaft's head highly improves the engine power. For best performances !

Carburettor

The special Off-Road carburettor uses a plastic body to prevent the «vapor-lock». This carburettor is coming with an 8mm reducer (red) but other sizes are available.
As all FX Engines, it has a simple adjustment (1 screw). The adjustment is easier and simpler compared to a double screws.
